Delivered with blended learning, this course combines the full SIA Door Supervisor qualification with Emergency First Aid at Work training. Our experienced trainers use practical exercises and realistic scenarios to prepare you for real-life situations and help you become trained, prepared and professional. The course covers key areas including working within the private security industry, customer service, communication, conflict management, physical intervention, emergency procedures, health and safety, relevant legislation and the roles and responsibilities of a Door Supervisor. Practical physical intervention training is delivered in a safe and controlled environment, helping learners understand how to use appropriate techniques lawfully and as a last resort. Certification On successful completion, learners will receive the Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate. The Door Supervisor qualification enables successful learners to apply for their SIA Door Supervisor Licence and begin working within the private security industry.
