The Highfield Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers is a nationally recognised qualification designed to provide managers, supervisors and team leaders with the knowledge and understanding needed to support mental health and wellbeing within the workplace. The course is ideal for individuals with management responsibilities who want to develop awareness of mental health issues and gain practical skills to help create positive, supportive and productive working environments. Mental health can have a significant impact on employee wellbeing, attendance, performance and workplace relationships. Managers play an important role in recognising potential signs of mental health concerns and supporting individuals appropriately.
